Can I cancel my order?
You’re free to cancel an order anytime before the order has been sent for printing. If a cancelation is requested after an item has been made, money and time have already been invested. At this point, it’s unlikely that a cancelation is possible.
When will I get my stuff?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
My stuff should have arrived by now what shall I do?
If your stuff still hasn’t arrived please get in touch. Before getting in touch please do the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your
neighbors, get in touch with us at [email protected] with your order number.
What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let
us know by contacting us for help at [email protected].
What’s your refund policy?
Refunds will be issued for orders that are defective, e.g. misprints, receiving the wrong color or size, or if the item arrives damaged. If a refund is requested, the request will be reviewed and determined if a refund will be given. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase.
No refunds will be given for mistakes made outside of our control. This includes you ordering a wrong size, style, color or you changing your mind after purchase. All items are printed to order and no extra stock is carried.
Please review your order before you finish checkout to avoid any issues. An e-mail will be sent with details about your order immediately after your order is placed, if there are any discrepancies in your order at that point, please contact us to make a change at [email protected].
